Short version: this website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising scripts. We only process personal data you give us yourself – when you subscribe to the newsletter, register for a live session or email us.

Website

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and load only after you click play; from then on YouTube’s privacy policy applies.

If you subscribe to 2DIAMR Weekly, your email address (and any details you choose to add) is stored and processed by our newsletter provider Beehiiv on our behalf, to send you the newsletter and measure opens and clicks. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe with one click in every email; we then stop sending and delete or anonymise your address.

Live sessions

For registered live sessions we collect name, email, industry, seniority and country to run the session and to report aggregated audience statistics to the episode partner. Personal data is shared with a partner only with your explicit consent on the registration form.

Email

If you email us, we use your message only to reply and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to michal@2diamr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
